Founder and CEO Joseph Lister is a technology professional with over 14 years financial industry experience designing and implementing trading applications for leading companies in the UK, North America and Asia. After receiving an MSc Analysis, Design and Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics he worked for Price Waterhouse Management Consulting delivering software for monitoring and tax accounting of oil production for the major energy companies. On leaving PW he became a senior technology consultant to a tier one investment bank working in Fixed Income, Global Equities, Equity Derivatives and Credit Markets gaining extensive international experience including outsourcing projects to India. Constantly working for improvement in technology delivery for business value his architecture design for reference and market data delivery across regions continues to underpin the main trading businesses. His work in Credit Markets focused on the integration of Murex as the primary trading platform for Credit Derivative instruments. He presented the reference and market data strategy for credit derivatives to the FIMA 2004 conference in London. In 2001 he founded clientexpert ltd. in London, a company focused on consulting for project delivery and the worldwide search and placement of expert information technology personnel for companies.
Executive Advisor RitaSue Siegel, president of RitaSue Siegel Resources, an Aquent company, is an innovator and a pioneer. Her speaking and writing to general and design- related audiences has focused on how design can enhance life, championing the designer as the users' advocate and promoting design strategy as a critical function in support of business objectives. Always an outspoken critic, her work has helped raise the standards of design education. RitaSue has spoken at dozens of colleges to encourage graduates to understand and prepare themselves for the real world. After receiving her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute and serving as the school's Director of Placement, she founded RitaSue Siegel Resources. Now in business for more than 25 years, it is the only worldwide executive search firm that finds design managers and designers for clients in every aspect of product, communications and environmental design. RitaSue Siegel Resources was acquired by Aquent in January 2001 to broaden the latter firm’s offerings to include executive search services. Ms. Siegel is a regular contributor to Communication Arts magazine and has spoken at national and regional design conferences in North America, Asia and Europe. She is also the author of several books, most notably "American Graphic Design, Thirty Years of Imagery," and the popular "How to Get a Job in Industrial Design," which is distributed free by the Industrial Designers Society of America. (The third edition is currently being prepared.) RitaSue regularly serves as juror for design competitions such as IDEA, Communication Arts and I.D. Magazine and the Society of Publication Designers. Ms. Siegel is a former board member of the Design Management Institute (and has written for their Journal), and The Architectural League of New York. She was one of 30 Creative Leaders invited to participate in INDEX2005, Design to Improve Life, Danish Design Center, Copenhagen, September 2005. She has written for and has been written about in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Fast Company, Design (UK), DesignWeek (UK), ID Magazine, BusinessWeek, NewDesign (UK), IDEA (Japan), among many others. Clients of the firm include Procter & Gamble (global), Hewlett Packard, Smart Design, TTI (Hong Kong, Germany), Renault (France, Korea), Hyundai, Cisco, Nissan (US, Japan), Hotels AB, Altitude, Whirlpool, Design Continuum (Korea), Rockwell Group, Emilio Ambasz & Assoc., Microsoft, BenQ (Taipei), Palm, Samsung (Korea), LVMH, Polo Ralph Lauren, Siegel & Gale, The Design Institute at the University of Minnesota, and the Design Council, London, to name a few.
