We operate from London for clients located in the UK and overseas. We specialise in information technology and unlike many recruiters our team all have technical experience. This benefits our clients since we can make sense of technical requirements and it benefits you as a candidate since we understand a lot more about your skills and the capabilities you present to us. What you can expect from us - We are experienced in and knowledgeable about the technologies we recruit for. - We search for people with skills and experiences our clients tell us they need. - We find people for jobs based in the UK and in other countries. - We take data security and confidentiality very seriously and will never provide information about you without your permission. - We will normally contact you within a few days of receiving your CV if you are suitable for a particular role. Our Job Listings We try to keep our job listings as up to date as possible but sometimes details may change. We remove job listings when a position is filled and sometimes change postings if the client’s requirements alter. If you see something that interests you please contact us - or perhaps you know a friend who would be interested - please send us their contact details and indicate if we can mention your name. We cannot list all the jobs we are recruiting for, in some instances we have ongoing requirements or clients may request no job details are published. To Register with clientexpert You can email your contact details to us, your CV, and the role you are interested in to cv@clientexpert.comWe will contact you within a few days if you are suitable for a particular role. If we don’t contact you this is because we can’t find suitable roles at the time of first seeing your CV. However, we will keep your details on file and continue to match your requirements and experience against the requirements of our clients; we will contact you as soon as a suitable role comes up. How we work When you approach us regarding a role or we match your profile to a role we will contact you for an interview. This will cover your background, salary expectations, preferences for work location, and your experience to help us to understand if your profile matches the job requirement we are recruiting for. The interview will be in person or by telephone. At the same time we will provide you with more information about the job role you are interested in and the company hiring, in terms of what it does, its plans, strategy, way of working and what it is expecting from the people it is looking to hire. This will help you to understand how the role fits with your expectations. If you have questions about the role we will do our best to answer them during the interview or soon afterwards if we don’t have the information you require. Depending on the type of role we may ask you to complete a technical test or ask you a set of questions designed to understand how your experience, talents and expertise match to those required by the hiring company. Sometimes we may need to see examples of work you have done e.g. business analysis documents or technical designs. If everything looks good and you feel comfortable with the role we will submit your details to the client. Once the client has had chance to review your details, usually after a couple of days, they will contact us to let us know if they are interested and want to move forward to an interview which we will schedule with you. Following the Interview Contact us and tell us your impressions of the interview, the role, company and people you met with. If you have unanswered questions or any issues following the interview let us know. At the same time we will provide you with feedback from the people you met with. If things have gone well there will usually be a second interview that we will schedule with you. Getting an Offer In most cases we will make the offer to you on behalf of the client. We work for you and the client to achieve the best possible remuneration package. This usually involves some negotiation as ultimately it is important that both employer and candidate feel they are getting a fair deal. Sometimes before an offer is finalised the client will need to obtain references, we will inform you if this is the case so you can contact the people you nominate to provide them. Once everything is agreed the client will make you a written offer and you can safely resign from your current role. Staying in Touch Please keep us informed when you get promoted or move to a new role or decide on taking a different career path. As long as you let us know, we can remain alert to your requirements and contact you whenever a role comes up that we think you should hear about.
